Man’s thinking is constantly active. One achieves inner silence when the mind is silent. One can be in a quiet room or in the mountains, but if one does not have peace of mind, one will not come into contact with one’s natural mind. The inner silence that is experienced is a dialogue with the invisible world, where one is pulled along to reach a deeper contact with one’s natural mind and body. By opening oneself up, vulnerable and accepting who you are and how you live your life, one reaches into harmony and balance, through which the feeling of trust, the deepest part of our soul and consciousness, are strengthened and enlarged. One’s mind is set free and ends up in the present, where everything is transient and temporary. The inner silence arises when thinking stops and one comes into contact with one’s real self. When one loses contact with oneself, one loses contact with the world and loses oneself in noise. Due to external noise, one loses one’s inner sound and voice.
